Mungo Jerry é um grupo de rock britânico fundado por Ray Dorset. Seu maior sucesso foi a música  In the Summertime, de 1970. O grupo ganhou notoriedade ao se apresentar no Festival Hollywood, em Newcastle, ao lado de nomes como Black Sabbath, Trafic, Ginger Baker, Grateful Dead (em sua primeira apresentação no Reino Unido) e José Feliciano.

Embora o grupo tenha uma longa carreira, com diversas mudanças na formação original, ainda são lembrados por In the Summertime. No Brasil, posteriormente, emplacariam outro sucesso (Lady Rose).
