Yesterday foi gravada pelo grupo The Beatles em 1965 no álbum Help!. Embora a composição seja creditada a Lennon/McCartney, foi composta unicamente por Paul McCartney, segundo ele, após ter tido um sonho.

Por não ter muito em comum com outras músicas dos Beatles lançadas na época, os demais integrantes chegaram a cogitar não lançá-la. Segundo o Guinness Book, Yesterday é a canção mais regravada da história, com mais de três mil registros.
